4. Cybersocial Territories
A CYBERSOCIAL TERRITORY is a zone: geographic, economic, or political, which is based in cyberspace and in the society of knowledge to generate sustainable regional development alternatives. Two (2) are the structural aspects of economic and technological model: first, training and second, production ... of devices and/or products with high technological and social impact.
The assembly of a CYBERSOCIAL TERRITORY -for a region without cybersocial infrastructure is developed in seven (7) phases:
- Phase 1: Study Eligibility,
- Phase 2: Cultural socialization and conscientization,
- Phase 3: Strategic Alliances / Generation of Scientific Knowledge,
- Phase 4: Strategic Alliances / Technologic Productivity,
- Phase 5: Export-Dissemination of Scientific Knowledge,
- Phase 6: Industrial Production, and
- Phase 7: e-Commerce and global positioning.
