A CYBERSOCIAL TERRITORY is a zone: geographic, economic, or political, which is based in cyberspace and in the society of knowledge to generate sustainable regional development alternatives. Two (2) are the structural aspects of economic and technological model: first, training and second, production ... of devices and/or products with high technological and social impact.

The assembly of a CYBERSOCIAL TERRITORY -for a region without cybersocial infrastructure is developed in seven (7) phases:

5.  Scientific and Technological CYBERMILITARY Park

The Information Society and the Cybersociety are two environments that every day have more influence on the daily life of what we now call "developed societies" and of the "economies of developed countries". Two are also the keys to be active in these contexts: first, adaptation to constant technological innovation, and second, adaptation to cyberculture.

The Armed Forces can not be alien to these paradigmatic changes of technology base, but, unlike civil society, its internalization and implementation should be necessarily of innovative leadership, that's why military forces required to have its own Science and Technology Parks .

6.  LabTechnology 2011

LabTechnology is a Show Room which is developed annually in Bogotá City (Colombia) during Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the second week of October in which the LatinCampus Organization (e-Content Industrial Park, I3Net, and UNIVIR Network) makes an exposition of the scientific and technological advances in a specific area.

The 2011 version will present the science and technology that integrate the Educatronic Solutions
The 2011 version will socialize the Cybersocial Territories as a alternative of regional development.
